Mario de Liguori - Senior Designer

Nato a Ostuni (BR) nel 1971, Mario de Liguori è un designer multidisciplinare attivo nei campi del product design, della comunicazione visiva, della consulenza strategica e della progettazione di spazi espositivi e museali. Dopo gli esordi come grafico e illustratore editoriale, si forma all’ISIA di Roma, dove si laurea in Industrial Design con il massimo dei voti. In gioventù ha collaborato con designer e marchi italiani come Fabio Lenci, Teuco, Guzzini, maturando una solida esperienza nella progettazione di prodotto e nel design per la nautica e l’arredo, e dell'arredo-bagno,  nocnhe' nella progettazione di prodotti ottenuti tramite stampaggio plastico rotazionale.  

In seguito a una formazione sul Design Strategico conseguita tramite un master del Politecnico di Milano, ha lavorato in diverse forme tra il  2000 e il 2005 nel reparto Brand & Strategy di Illycaffè, nell'headquarter di  Trieste, contribuendo alla fondazione dell’Innovation Centre aziendale. Sempre a Trieste, tra il 2005 e il 2009  ha successivamente fondato  due agenzie di Design, la prima di nome Studioroom e successivamente Bottega Design. Ha conseguito il Dottorato di Ricerca in Design presso il Politecnico di Milano ed è  attualmente docente  in qualità di Adjunct Professor presso la Scuola del Design del Politecnico di Milano, dove ha collaborato e collabora con diverse  istituzioni e  imprese, tra cui Ferrero, 3M, Illycaffè, Radici Group, Radici Group, CONAI (consorzio Nazionale Imballaggi) e molte altre.

Alessandro Spalletta - Senior Designer

Nato a Roma nel 1969, Alessandro Spalleta è un designer e docente di prima fascia presso l’ISIA di Roma e la sede di Pordenone, opera nel campo del design del prodotto, dei sistemi e dei servizi, con una solida esperienza nella ricerca applicata e nella progettazione strategica. 

Responsabile della Ricerca e Consigliere Accademico dell’ISIA, è membro dei collegi di dottorato in Design for Social Change (Isia) e Service Design for Public Sector (Sapienza). Ha coordinato numerosi progetti in ambiti industriali, culturali e tecnologici, sviluppando soluzioni innovative basate su processi integrati, sostenibili e digitali. Vincitore di premi internazionali (German Design Award, IDA, Targa Compasso d’Oro), orienta la sua attività alla sintesi tra innovazione, funzione e valore culturale del progetto. 

Precedentemente è  stato tra i fondatori di una delle agenzie romane più attive nel design  (21 LAB) tra gl anni '90 e 2000, attiva nel design, cinema e TV, nelle arti e nella comunicazione grafica.  Project Manager presso Fondazione MORFE’. Ha progettato allestimenti e mostre per musei e trasmissioni scientifiche; ideato e sviluppato prodotti e progetti per Slamp/Samuel Parker, Tim-Alitalia, Ford, Toyota, Ferrero, Enel, Disney, Nestlè; realizzato set e filmati per Fox/Sky e studio Universal. Ha collaborato e collabora con importanti Istituti di ricerca.
